Clemson, Alabama, Ohio State, Notre Dame Make Up College Football Playoff Rankings' Top Four; Iowa At Number Five

In the second College Football Playoff rankings that were released on Tuesday, Clemson remained in the #1 spot, with Alabama ranked second (up two from last week), Ohio State at #3 (as was the case last week), and Notre Dame moving up to #4 (up a spot from last week).  Iowa climbed up four places to #5.  At #7 (up four spots from last week),  the Stanford Cardinal find themselves the highest-ranked Pac-12 team, with Utah at #10 (up two).
